Attention: Attorneys or Pro Se Parties Filing for Divorce or Annulment
The Bureau of Vital Statistics (BVS) form must be completed and given to the District Clerk's office at the time the Final Decree is signed under the Health and Safety Code (PDF) §194.002. The BVS form is not optional and must be completed according to the Code.

Criminal Subpoena or Subpoena Duces Tecum
Notice: Request for issuance for any Criminal Subpoena or Subpoena Duces Tecum needs to be e-filed. Please prepare and e-file all requests for issuance and any Criminal Subpoena and Subpoena Duces Tecum by using the templates provided under Criminal Forms. Thank you.
Sealed Documents
Any filer making the motion to have documents sealed by the Court motion must bring in a paper copy of the documents to the Clerk's Office or mail the documents to us. If an Order to Seal is granted, the documents will be filed and scanned into our Case Management System and immediately locked in our system. Only the Clerks will be able to view the documents. Any documents to be sealed cannot be filed electronically per the eFiling rules. Thank you.

"Cyberbullying" is a single significant act or a pattern of acts by one or more students against another student that is done through technology (like email, instant message, text message, or social media).
