Constable Precinct 1
-
My law enforcement career began with the Texas Department of Public Safety in 1989. I served the Texas Highway Patrol Division for 28 years as a State Trooper. After retiring from DPS, I went to work for the Kendall County Sheriff's Office where I was assigned to security detail for the Courthouse. I was primarily responsible for the bailiff duties of the 451st District Court. In addition to my 30 years of law enforcement experience, I also hold a Master Peace Officer Certificate and I served in the Texas Army National Guard (49th Armored Division).
As Precinct 1 Constable, I'm dedicated to serving our community in a professional manner by working in partnership with our community. I will continually strive to respond to citizens' concerns and complaints. It is the mission of this office to execute all court orders, both civil and criminal, and to support the Justice of the Peace Court as it serves the citizens of Kendall County.
The Constable is an authorized peace officer and is the chief process server of the Justice Court, serving a variety of judicial processes and notices. He exercises a wide range of criminal and law enforcement authority including Traffic Enforcement, Community Crime Prevention, and investigations.
