Voting by Mail Annually (65 or Older or Disabled)

You may request an annual ballot for the calendar year. 

*Note: You may only request ballot application for yourself*

To be eligible to vote by mail annually in Texas, you must:

  • Be 65 years or older
  • Be disabled

**Annual applications EXPIRE on December 31 every year**

Eligibility

Ballot by Mail (for Each Election)

To be eligible to vote by mail in an individual election, you must:

  • be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance; or
  • be expected to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day; or
  • be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible.

Attention Student Voters

  • If you are attending school outside of Kendall county, but still claim Kendall County as your primary residence, you are eligible to vote by mail.
  • You will need to fill out a Ballot by Mail application for Each Election for you which you wish to vote.
